What is EFTA?
EFTA, The Emotional Freedom Technique Adapted, is a modified “Tapping” technique created by my trainer Henry Grayson, PhD, and explained in his book Your Power to Heal.

How you do it is simple!
The basic technique requires you to focus on the negative emotion at hand — ex: a fear or anxiety, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that’s bothering you. Repeating statements after me while holding certain meridian points – while concentrating on accepting and resolving the negative emotion – will access your body’s energy, restoring it to a balanced state. I will guide you.

What I love about EFTA over regular tapping protocols is that it is incredibly specific and thorough. It goes through every major emotion and clears each one effectively. be cleared and you will be surprised how quickly the emotion reduces as you move to each point of your body.

The emotions are:

  • Fear
  • Anger, Resentment, and Rage
  • Anxiety
  • Embarrassment
  • Guilt and Shame
  • Worry and Excessive Concern
  • Hurt and sadness

Then it involves really dialing into something that represents pure love to you. I love this part of the protocol because it’s where we usually rewrite the experience using your imagination
